a) This is the most important step as it is how we assess who we work with. It is also when you get to ask all of your questions and have them answered on the spot!

b) The meeting will be held on the ZOOM App. Once you have booked a meeting, a meeting invite will be automatically sent to your calendar and it will contain all the details for the call. ZOOM is an online meeting platform that allows you to call into via a direct line, or via their App. Please make sure you have an internet connection for the call. If you don’t receive a meeting invite from ZOOM, please email us directly.
